At Woodford Woodworking Tooling Ltd, we are committed to dispatching your orders promptly and efficiently. This shipping policy is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and other applicable UK laws.

 

  1. Dispatch Timeframe:

    • All orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your order, unless unforeseen circumstances cause a delay. In the event of any delays, we will notify you promptly.
    • Express shipping - All express orders are only shipped between Monday-Thursday weekly. Any express order placed after 2pm on a Thursday will be shipped express service the following Monday.

  2. Delivery Services:

    • We primarily use Royal Mail for delivery, but reserve the right to use other courier services as needed. Your order may be dispatched via tracked or non-tracked delivery, depending on the selected shipping method.

  3. Responsibility for Delivery:

    • While we ensure orders are dispatched on time, the actual delivery process is managed by the courier, and we cannot be held responsible for delays or issues beyond dispatch. If your order tracking shows a "delivered" status, we are not liable for any claims of non-receipt or loss of the item after it has been marked as delivered by the courier.

  4. Delivery and Non-Receipt of Items:

    • We encourage all customers to ensure they have a secure delivery address. Once the item is marked as delivered, any claims regarding the non-receipt of the product will be subject to investigation with the courier service, and our liability is limited under such circumstances.
  5. Discount & Promotional Code Policy:
    • Woodford Tooling may offer discount codes, promotional offers, or special pricing from time to time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one discount or promotional offer can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, bundle deals, or sale prices. If multiple discount codes or offers are entered or applicable, the system will apply the single highest-value discount at checkout, and any additional discounts will be automatically excluded. Woodford Tooling reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
